Exceptional infinity pool, unique event spaces, beautiful rooftop views
The room sizes were uncomfortably small compared to expectations, and the lack of parking options leaves much to be desired!!! Improvement needed on soundproofing between rooms to reduce disturbances from neighboring guests.

It was just a suitable option for a relaxing holiday in Manchester with a good price-value balance. The "Happy Anniversary" macaroons were a lovely touch upon arrival. Be aware that the parking situation can be tricky in the city center.

The snug room felt cozy with a comfy bed. Mini bar had a great selection. Rooftop pool was stunning at night, a true highlight. Location was perfect, easy access to shops and restaurants. However, I encountered issues with parking. The website said it was full, yet arrived to find plenty of spots available. Also, no hangers in the wardrobe, which was frustrating. The shower didn't drain well, leading to water pooling on the floor. Service around the pool area was a bit slow. Enjoyed the spa services. the treatments were excellent. Worth mentioning the breakfast was delicious, especially the veggie options. Cleaning standards in the room were inconsistent, could improve overall attention to detail. I'd come back, but hoping for smoother sailing next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at King Street Townhouse. The infinity pool offered fine views, creating a serene oasis amidst the city. While the lift sometimes felt slow, it didn’t overshadow the attentive service and charming decor that enhanced my experience as an art historian.

The rooftop pool is a bit underwhelming compared to its glossy photos. it feels more like a heated tub than a swimming pool, surrounded by walls that limit the view. The AC in my room didn’t function well, leaving it uncomfortably warm, and it felt like the walls were thin since I could hear neighboring guests chatting. I was also surprised to find charges for bottled water in the room—something I’ve never seen at other hotels.
